The Perris Panthers basketball team scored 74 points and limited the visiting Bassett Olympians to 45 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Panthers now have a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to California School for the Deaf-Riverside for a non-league game on Friday, December 27. Perris will confront a Cubs team coming off a 69-45 league win over Sherman Indian (Riverside, CA). The Cubs record now stands at 6-1.

With the loss, Bassett falls to 6-7 on the campaign. The Olympians travel to Averroes (Fremont, CA) to confront the Falcon in a non-league game on Friday, December 27. The Falcon go into the game with a record of 3-2. Averroes won 66-16 in their recent league game against Summit K2 (El Cerrito, CA)
