California High School Basketball - Hillcrest triumphant over Pacific

December 26, 2024: San Bernardino, CA 92404

The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Hillcrest Trojans (Riverside, CA) and the host Pacific Pirates (San Bernardino, CA), observed Hillcrest's basketball team overwhelm Pacific by a score of 71-23.

The Trojans (14-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Kaiser (Fontana, CA). The Cats come into the non-league challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, Kaiser trounced Redlands (Redlands, CA), 52-48, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Pirates battle the Miller Rebels (Fontana, CA) in a Mountain Valley challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Pacific will attempt to improve on its 2-10 season record. The Rebels come into the challenge with a 1-9 record after their 83-36 league loss to San Bernardino (San Bernardino, CA).
