Kentucky High School Basketball - Scott crushes Menifee County

December 26, 2024: Covington, KY 41015

The Scott Eagles (Covington, KY) basketball crushed the visiting Menifee County Wildcats (Frenchburg, KY), 74-29 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Eagles now possess a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to Ludlow for a non-league bout on Friday, December 27. Scott will play a Panthers team coming off a 53-44 league loss to St. Henry (Erlanger, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 6-2.

With the loss, Menifee County falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Model (Richmond, KY) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Friday, January 3. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 3-5. Model won 63-50 in their recent non-league bout against Middlesboro (Middlesboro, KY)
