In Thursday's non-league test, the Rich Township Raptors (Olympia Fields, IL) basketball squad trounced the visiting Thornton Fractional South Red Wolves (Lansing, IL), by a final score of 80-43.

Next, the Raptors clash with the Tournament Opponent (, ) in a non-league test, on Saturday, December 28. Rich Township will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The come into the test with a 41-118 record after their 61-38 non-league win over Lucerne Valley (Lucerne Valley, CA).

The Red Wolves (6-6) will now prepare for their test against Corliss (Chicago, IL). The Trojans come into the non-league test with a 3-7 record. In their last test, Corliss was overwhelmed by Hammond Bishop Noll (Hammond, IN), 69-27, in a non-league test.
