California High School Basketball - St. John Bosco holds off Sunnyslope

December 26, 2024: Bellflower, CA 90706

The St. John Bosco Braves basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Sunnyslope Vikings to 47 in the Braves non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Braves now have a 12-0 record. They play next when they host Heritage Christian for a non-league game on Friday, December 27. St. John Bosco will confront a Warriors team coming off a 77-65 non-league win over Centennial (Corona, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 13-0.

With the loss, Sunnyslope falls to 7-3 on the campaign. The Vikings host Centennial (Corona, CA) to confront the Huskies in a non-league game on Friday, December 27. The Huskies go into the game with a record of 4-9. Centennial won 70-53 in their recent non-league game against St. Augustine (San Diego, CA)
