The Canyon View Falcons basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting Panguitch Bobcats to 41 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Falcons now have a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Emery for a non-league game on Friday, January 3. Canyon View will confront a Spartans team coming off a 56-45 non-league win over Manti (Manti, UT). The Spartans record now stands at 6-2.

With the loss, Panguitch falls to 6-3 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Beaver Dam (Littlefield, AZ) to confront the Diamondback in a non-league game on Friday, January 3. The Diamondback go into the game with a record of 0-0.
