Illinois High School Basketball - St. Francis toppled by Neuqua Valley

Neuqua Valley Wildcats (Naperville, IL) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting St. Francis Spartans (Wheaton, IL), 76-62 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Neuqua Valley advances its record to 6-8 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Naperville North (Naperville, IL) to face the Huskies in a non-league match on Friday, December 27. The Huskies enter the match with a record of 7-6. Naperville North won 65-44 in their recent non-league match against Central (Burlington, IL)

The Spartans now own a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central for a non-league match on Friday, December 27. St. Francis will face a Rockets squad coming off a 77-30 non-league loss to Fremd (Palatine, IL). The Rockets record now stands at 3-8.
