Saraland Spartans (Saraland, AL) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Perry Central Bulldogs (New Augusta, MS), 38-24 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Saraland upgrades its record to 12-4 on the year. The Spartans travel to Jackson (Jackson, AL) to face the Aggies in a non-league match on Saturday, December 28. The Aggies enter the match with a record of 5-5. Jackson won 43-33 in their recent non-league match against Hillcrest (Evergreen, AL)

The Bulldogs now sport a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Our Lady Academy for a 3A Region 8 match on Tuesday, January 7.
