In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Kennedy Eagles ice hockey team scored a close 6-3 victory over the Windom Eagles.
The Eagles (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Worthington (Worthington, MN). The Trojans go into the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Worthington edged Fairmont (Fairmont, MN), 7-2, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles play the Faribault Falcons (Faribault, MN) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 27. Windom will attempt to better on its 1-7 season record. The Falcons go into the contest with a 2-5 record after their 10-4 non-league win over Worthington (Worthington, MN).
