The Denison Yellow Jackets basketball team (Denison, TX), was overwhelmed 70-43 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Montgomery Bears (Montgomery, TX)
The Bears now possess a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Midway for a non-league battle on Monday, December 27. Montgomery will battle a Panthers team coming off a 59-53 league win over Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 12-5.
The Yellow Jackets (0-12) will now prepare for their battle against Manor (Manor, TX). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 9-10 record. In their last battle, Manor was overwhelmed by Nacogdoches (Nacogdoches, TX), 62-61, in a non-league battle.
