The East Side Red Raiders ran past the visiting Barringer Blue Bears basketball team by a tally of 59-41 in Tuesday's non-league battle.
The Red Raiders now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eagle Academy for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 28. East Side will confront a team coming off a 58-24 non-league win over Cedar Grove (Cedar Grove, NJ). The record now stands at 2-0.
The Blue Bears (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Newark Academy (Livingston, NJ). The Minutemen come into the non-league battle with a 0-4 record. In their last battle, Newark Academy dropped by Hillsborough (Hillsborough, NJ), 64-39, in a non-league battle.
