With the win, Copperas Cove upgrades its record to 11-8 on the season. The Bulldawgs travel to Wagner (San Antonio, TX) to clash with the Thunderbirds in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 28. The Thunderbirds go into the bout with a record of 7-7. Wagner lost 80-68 in their recent non-league bout against Bellaire (Bellaire, TX)

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Lake Creek Lions (Montgomery, TX) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 28. Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial will attempt to upgrade on its 13-7 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 13-6 record after their 55-51 non-league win over Manor (Manor, TX).
