With the victory, Freedom improves its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Patriots host Enka (Enka, NC) to play the Jets in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 28. The Jets come into the challenge with a record of 10-1. Enka won 72-58 in their recent non-league challenge against R-S Central (Rutherfordton, NC)

Next up, the Warriors play the Maiden Blue Devils (Maiden, NC) in a 2A Conference 45 challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. West Caldwell will attempt to improve on its 8-2 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 9-0 record after their 62-47 league win over West Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC).
