The Hackettstown Tigers basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Kennedy Memorial Mustangs to 43 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Tigers now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newton for a Northwest Jersey - Freedom contest on Wednesday, January 4. Hackettstown will battle a Braves team coming off a 55-47 non-league loss to Roxbury (Succasunna, NJ). The Braves record now stands at 2-2.

The Mustangs (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against South River (South River, NJ). The Rams enter the Greater Middlesex - Blue contest with a 10-0 record.
