In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Velma Jackson Falcons (Camden, MS) basketball squad felled the host Kosciusko Whippets (Kosciusko, MS), by a margin of 48-31.

The Falcons (7-9) will now prepare for their outing against Leake Central (Carthage, MS). The Gators go into the non-league outing with a 3-4 record. In their last outing, Leake Central thwarted Lake (Lake, MS), 51-29, in a non-league outing.
