Madison Southern Eagles (Berea, KY) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Ridge Community Bolts (Davenport, FL), 71-68 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Madison Southern upgrades its record to 7-4 on the season. The Eagles travel to Vero Beach (Vero Beach, FL) to clash with the Indians in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 28. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 4-8. Vero Beach won 63-57 in their recent non-league bout against Discovery (Lake Alfred, FL)

Next up, the Bolts clash with the Mandarin Mustangs (Jacksonville, FL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 28. Ridge Community will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 5-7 record after their 87-56 non-league loss to Deerfield Beach (Deerfield Beach, FL).
