Indiana High School Basketball - Purdue Polytechnic trounces Union County

December 27, 2022: Liberty, IN 47353

The Purdue Polytechnic Techies (Indianapolis, IN) basketball crushed the host Union County Patriots (Liberty, IN), 88-44 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Techies (10-3) will now prepare for their test against North Putnam (Roachdale, IN). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, North Putnam walloped Rising Sun (Rising Sun, IN), 68-51, in a non-league test.

The Patriots now own a 2-9 record. They play next when they travel to Rising Sun for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 28. Union County will encounter a Shiners squad coming off a 60-59 non-league loss to Borden (Borden, IN). The Shiners record now stands at 3-5.
