With the victory, St. John the Baptist improves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Bowne (Flushing, NY) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 28. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 1-4.

Next up, the Indians play the Great Neck North Blazers (Great Neck, NY) in a Section 8 A-2 battle, on Friday, January 13. Sewanhaka will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
