The Danville Ironmen basketball team (Danville, PA), was nudged 45-42 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Bloomsburg Panthers (Bloomsburg, PA)

The Panthers now possess a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central Columbia for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 29. Bloomsburg will confront a Bluejays team coming off a 51-26 non-league win over Berwick (Berwick, PA). The Bluejays record now stands at 8-1.

The Ironmen (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Selinsgrove (Selinsgrove, PA). The Seals come into the Heartland I battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Selinsgrove was nudged by Mount Carmel (Mount Carmel, PA), 58-25, in a non-league battle.
