The Passaic Valley Hornets basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Cliffside Park Raiders to 26 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Hornets now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wayne Valley for a Northwest Jersey - Independence contest on Tuesday, January 3.
The Raiders (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Dwight Morrow (Englewood, NJ). The Maroon Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 0-4 record.
