The Marshall Tigers basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the visiting Faribault Falcons to 30 in the Tigers non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Tigers now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brandon Valley for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 17.

The Falcons (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Russell-Tyler-Ruthton (Tyler, MN). The Knights come into the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Russell-Tyler-Ruthton triumphed over Wabasso (Wabasso, MN), 60-51, in a league contest.
