The Leavitt Hornets (Turner, ME) basketball knocked off the visiting Mount View Mustangs (Thorndike, ME), 52-33 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Hornets (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Brunswick (Brunswick, ME). The Dragons go into the non-league test with a 4-0 record.
The Mustangs now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Washington Academy for a B North test on Thursday, December 29. Mount View will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 81-18 league win over Orono (Orono, ME). The Raiders record now stands at 4-1.
