Mission Hills Grizzlies (San Marcos, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting San Dieguito Academy Mustangs (Encinitas, CA), 57-24 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Mission Hills upgrades its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Grizzlies travel to Carlsbad (Carlsbad, CA) to play the Lancers in a bout on Wednesday, January 11. The Lancers come into the bout with a record of 12-2.

Next up, the Mustangs play the Cathedral Catholic Dons (San Diego, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 28. San Dieguito Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Dons come into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 66-41 non-league loss to Torrey Pines (San Diego, CA).
