The Patriots now hold a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Granada Hills Charter for a test on Tuesday, January 3. Birmingham will meet a Highlanders squad coming off a 1-1 non-league Notre Dame (SO) (Sherman Oaks, CA). The Highlanders record now stands at 6-1.

With the loss, San Dieguito Academy drops to 3-2 on the season. The Mustangs host Torrey Pines (San Diego, CA) to meet the Falcons in a non-league test on Tuesday, December 27. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 7-0. Torrey Pines won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against University City (San Diego, CA)
