West Valley Eagles (Spokane, WA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Bonners Ferry Badgers (Bonners Ferry, ID), 62-61 in a non-league bout.

With the win, West Valley upgrades its record to 8-0 on the season. The Eagles host Colville (Colville, WA) to play the Crimson Hawks in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Crimson Hawks go into the bout with a record of 0-7. Colville lost 81-56 in their recent non-league bout against Tonasket (Tonasket, WA)

Next up, the Badgers play the Pullman Greyhounds (Pullman, WA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. Bonners Ferry will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Greyhounds go into the bout with a 4-3 record after their 74-52 non-league loss to Ridgeline (Liberty Lake, WA).
