The Cedar Grove Saints basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Hillgrove Hawks to 53 in the Saints non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Saints now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Archer for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Cedar Grove will meet a Tigers team coming off a 69-60 non-league win over Ware County (Waycross, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 11-1.
The Hawks (10-5) will now prepare for their contest against Ware County (Waycross, GA). The Gators enter the non-league contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Ware County was nudged by Archer (Lawrenceville, GA), 69-60, in a non-league contest.
