The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 5-1. Rogers won 50-48 in their recent non-league challenge against St. George's (Spokane, WA)

Next up, the Grizzlies confront the East Valley Knights (Spokane, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 28. Newport will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 47-38 non-league loss to Deer Park (Deer Park, WA).
