In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Ripley Tigers (Ripley, MS) basketball squad beat the visiting Corinth Warriors (Corinth, MS), by a count of 66-58.

The Tigers (2-9) will now prepare for their outing against Amory (Amory, MS). The Panthers go into the 4A Region 1 outing with a 6-3 record.

The Warriors now hold a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to Walnut for a non-league outing on Thursday, December 28. Corinth will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 76-65 non-league loss to Shannon (Shannon, MS). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-7.
