California High School Basketball - Covina crushes Sultana

December 27, 2023: Covina, CA 91723

Covina Colts (Covina, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Sultana Sultans (Hesperia, CA), 65-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Covina upgrades its record to 11-4 on the season. The Colts travel to Indian Springs (San Bernardino, CA) to clash with the COYOTES in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The COYOTES go into the bout with a record of 7-11. Indian Springs won 93-22 in their recent non-league bout against Calvary Chapel (Downey, CA)

Next up, the Sultans clash with the Calvary Chapel Grizzlies (Downey, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. Sultana will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Grizzlies go into the bout with a 5-11 record after their 93-22 non-league loss to Indian Springs (San Bernardino, CA).
