Illinois High School Basketball - Loyola Academy tops Fort Myers

December 27, 2023: Wilmette, IL 60091

Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Loyola Academy Ramblers (Wilmette, IL) and the visiting Fort Myers Green Wave (Fort Myers, FL), saw Loyola Academy's basketball squad knock off Fort Myers by a tally of 41-27.

With the victory, Loyola Academy improves its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Ramblers travel to Evans (Orlando, FL) to play the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 30. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 10-3. Evans won 66-53 in their recent non-league challenge against Bishop Verot (Fort Myers, FL)

Next up, the Green Wave play the Naples Golden Eagles (Naples, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 5. Fort Myers will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record.
