Georgia High School Basketball - Hephzibah edges Jenkins County

December 27, 2023: Millen, GA 30442

The Hephzibah Rebels (Hephzibah, GA) basketball nipped the host Jenkins County War Eagles (Millen, GA), 59-54 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Rebels (7-1) will now prepare for their test against Josey (Augusta, GA). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 0-6 record. In their last test, Josey was tipped by Laney (Augusta, GA), 86-35, in a non-league test.

The War Eagles now own a 8-1 record. They play next when they travel to Laney for a non-league test on Thursday, December 28. Jenkins County will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 86-35 non-league win over Josey (Augusta, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-6.
