The Ponaganset Chieftains (North Scituate, RI) basketball felled the visiting Hope Blue Wave (Providence, RI), 54-43 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Chieftains (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Highlander Charter (Warren, RI). The go into the Division 3 test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Highlander Charter thwarted Scituate (North Scituate, RI), 69-58, in a league test.
