With the victory, Hot Springs improves its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Trojans host Benton (Benton, AR) to confront the Panthers in a 5A South challenge on Friday, January 5. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 13-4.

Next up, the Blue Jays confront the Hampton Bulldogs (Hampton, AR) in a 1A Region 8 challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Nevada will attempt to improve on its 13-6 season record.
