Lansdale Catholic Crusaders (Lansdale, PA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Simon Gratz Bulldogs (Philadelphia, PA), 56-55 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lansdale Catholic upgrades its record to 1-4 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Conwell-Egan Catholic (Fairless Hills, PA) to clash with the Eagles in a Philadelphia Catholic bout on Tuesday, January 2. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-3.

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Mastery Charter North - Pickett Pumas (Philadelphia, PA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. Simon Gratz will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record.
