California High School Basketball - San Juan Hills tipped by Monte Vista

December 27, 2023: San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675

The Monte Vista Mustangs basketball team scored 68 points and held the host San Juan Hills Stallions to 67 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Scripps Ranch for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Monte Vista will meet a Falcons team coming off a 74-71 non-league win over Otay Ranch (Chula Vista, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 10-5.

The Stallions (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Bishop Diego (Santa Barbara, CA). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 4-13 record. In their last contest, Bishop Diego nudged de Toledo (West Hills, CA), 60-55, in a non-league contest.
