    • Connecticut High School Basketball - Wilton crushes Platt

    December 27, 2023: Meriden, CT 06451

    Wilton Warriors (Wilton, CT) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Platt Panthers (Meriden, CT), 71-44 in a non-league bout.

    With the win, Wilton upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Warriors travel to Hand (Madison, CT) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Hand lost 67-56 in their recent league bout against East Haven (East Haven, CT)

    Next up, the Panthers play the Plainville Blue Devils (Plainville, CT) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 2. Platt will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 67-39 non-league win over East Granby (East Granby, CT).
