New York High School Basketball - South Lewis can't hold off St. Lawrence Central

The St. Lawrence Central Larries basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host South Lewis Falcons to 48 in the Larries non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Larries now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Parishville-Hopkinton for a Section 10 East contest on Thursday, January 4. St. Lawrence Central will battle a Panthers team coming off a 52-26 league loss to Colton-Pierrepont (Colton, NY). The Panthers record now stands at 0-2.

The Falcons (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Altmar-Parish-Williamstown (Parish, NY). The Rebels come into the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Altmar-Parish-Williamstown edged Hermon-DeKalb Central (DeKalb Junction, NY), 55-41, in a non-league contest.
