Triangle Lake Lakers (Blachly, OR) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Yoncalla Eagles (Yoncalla, OR), 62-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Triangle Lake upgrades its record to 1-4 on the season. The Lakers host Eddyville (Eddyville, OR) to play the Eagles in a 1A Mountain West bout on Wednesday, January 3. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Eddyville lost 62-35 in their recent non-league bout against Falls City/Kings Valley Charter (Falls City, OR)

Next up, the Eagles play the Reedsport (Reedsport, OR) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 2. Yoncalla will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record.
