Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Westinghouse ripped by Union Area

In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Union Area Scotties basketball team scored a decisive 72-37 triumph over the Westinghouse Bulldogs.

In their next game, the Scotties meet the Neshannock Lancers (New Castle, PA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, December 28. Union Area will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record. The Lancers enter the match with a 8-1 record after their 73-29 non-league win over Greenville (Greenville, PA).

With the defeat, Westinghouse moves to 0-2 on the year. The Bulldogs host Perry Traditional Academy (Pittsburgh, PA) to meet the Commodores in a Pittsburgh City match on Friday, January 5. The Commodores enter the match with a record of 1-7. Perry Traditional Academy lost 46-43 in their recent non-league match against Northern (Accident, MD)
