The Arbor Prep Gators (Ypsilanti, MI) basketball felled the host Phillips Wildcats (Chicago, IL), 61-49 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Gators (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Wayne Memorial (Wayne, MI). The Zebras go into the non-league test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Wayne Memorial thwarted Churchill (Livonia, MI), 61-10, in a league test.
The Wildcats now own a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Lowell for a non-league test on Friday, December 29. Phillips will encounter a Red Arrows squad coming off a 71-42 non-league win over Wayland (Wayland, MI). The Red Arrows record now stands at 4-0.
