In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Eastern Christian Eagles (North Haledon, NJ) basketball squad edged the visiting Becton Wildcats (East Rutherford, NJ), by a count of 38-34.
The Eagles (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against Park Ridge (Park Ridge, NJ). The Owls go into the non-league outing with a 4-0 record. In their last outing, Park Ridge held off Emerson (Emerson, NJ), 58-27, in a non-league outing.
