The Brusly Panthers (Brusly, LA) basketball felled the visiting Union Parish Farmers (Farmerville, LA), 47-34 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Panthers (13-5) will now prepare for their test against Sterlington (Sterlington, LA). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 10-4 record. In their last test, Sterlington was beaten by Neville (Monroe, LA), 42-35, in a non-league test.
The Farmers now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Oak Grove for a non-league match on Thursday, December 28. Union Parish will meet a Tigers team coming off a 63-60 non-league loss to Ouachita Parish (Monroe, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 7-3.
