Ohio High School Basketball - Buckeye Central ripped by Pleasant

The Pleasant Spartans basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Buckeye Central Bucks to 28 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Spartans now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mt. Gilead for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Pleasant will meet a Indians team coming off a 45-43 league win over Fredericktown (Fredericktown, OH). The Indians record now stands at 5-3.

The Bucks (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Carey (Carey, OH). The Blue Devils enter the Northern 10 contest with a 6-1 record. In their last contest, Carey was routed by Colonel Crawford (North Robinson, OH), 39-34, in a league contest.
