The Jaguars enter the game with a 8-9 record after their 43-36 non-league win over Santa Ana Valley (Santa Ana, CA).

With the defeat, Firebaugh moves to 1-9 on the year. The Falcons travel to La Mirada (La Mirada, CA) to face the Matadores in a San Gabriel Valley game on Wednesday, January 3. The Matadores enter the game with a record of 10-2.
