The Fremd Vikings basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Lincoln-Way West Warriors to 35 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Vikings now sport a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wheaton-Warrenville South for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 6. Fremd will battle a Tigers team coming off a 45-41 league win over Lake Park (Roselle, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 8-6.

The Warriors (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against Lyons (LaGrange, IL). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest, Lyons was routed by Mother McAuley (Chicago, IL), 64-51, in a non-league contest.
