Texas High School Basketball - Sinton ripped by Gregory-Portland

The Gregory-Portland Wildcats basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Sinton Pirates to 23 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Wildcats now sport a 15-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Banquete for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27. Gregory-Portland will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 49-48 non-league win over Karnes City (Karnes City, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-6.

The Pirates (2-14) will now prepare for their contest against Skidmore-Tynan (Skidmore, TX). The Bobcats enter the non-league contest with a 15-6 record. In their last contest, Skidmore-Tynan was routed by San Diego (San Diego, TX), 50-49, in a non-league contest.
