The Hackettstown Tigers basketball team (Hackettstown, NJ), was nudged 47-45 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Roxbury Gaels (Succasunna, NJ)
The Gaels now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Morris Knolls for a Northwest Jersey - National bout on Wednesday, January 3. Roxbury will clash with a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 56-30 non-league win over Johnson (Clark, NJ). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 3-3.
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Wallkill Valley Rangers (Hamburg, NJ) in a Northwest Jersey - Freedom bout, on Wednesday, January 3. Hackettstown will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Rangers go into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 50-44 non-league loss to Vernon (Vernon, NJ).
