Highlands Golden Rams (Natrona Heights, PA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting North Hills Indians (Pittsburgh, PA), 49-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Highlands upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The Golden Rams host Mars (Mars, PA) to clash with the Fightin' Planets in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Fightin' Planets go into the bout with a record of 5-3. Mars lost 62-48 in their recent non-league bout against Baldwin (Pittsburgh, PA)

Next up, the Indians clash with the Shaler Area Titans (Pittsburgh, PA) in a WPIAL 5A 2 bout, on Wednesday, January 3. North Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Titans go into the bout with a 2-5 record after their 39-32 non-league loss to North Allegheny (Wexford, PA).
