The Kennedy Memorial Mustangs basketball team (Iselin, NJ), dropped 63-46 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Plainfield Cardinals (Plainfield, NJ)
The Cardinals now possess a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Union Catholic for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 4. Plainfield will battle a Vikings team coming off a 55-49 non-league loss to Oak Knoll (Summit, NJ). The Vikings record now stands at 1-4.
The Mustangs (0-5) will now prepare for their battle against McNair Academic (Jersey City, NJ). The Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, McNair Academic dropped by Snyder (Jersey City, NJ), 35-31, in a league battle.
