The Pioneers now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Providence for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 2. Somerville will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 63-27 non-league win over Academy of the Holy Angels (Demarest, NJ). The Pioneers record now stands at 4-1.

The Huskies (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against West Windsor-Plainsboro North (Plainsboro, NJ). The Knights come into the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, West Windsor-Plainsboro North was overwhelmed by Hightstown (Hightstown, NJ), 48-25, in a league battle.
